2021 Strategy for our nonprofit
This year we will work with 14-20 church leadership teams in 6-month coaching arrangements. We will also meet with approximately 1,200 pastors and church leaders through workshops and other retreats we host. There are 600 high school students we speak to each month in the Philippines. As soon as we are clear about travel openness, we will take teams of leaders to Honduras and the Philippines to provide intentional training. Our online course is in development, along with a nationally distrubuted book and small group curriculum.
Locally
The Ready Set Grow Initiative was created to revitalize our churches through powerful tools and practical training.
We provide 6 months of in-depth coaching, free Leadership Books for church leaders, and 6 months of online access to the gold standard in church growth and health systems.

Intentional churchesWe partner with Intentional Churches to help churches nationwide.
Intentional Churches exists to build, train, and support a movement of churches that consistently activate the Great Commission. ChurchOS is based on the timeless truths of scripture to help the local church become strong and resilient. It includes a Living Toolbox™ which creates powerful, practical church leadership conversations and plans. We support the system with coaching, collaboration, and training for any leader with a passion to reach the lost and deepen the saved. |

Don't Stop curriculumIn 2021, we will publish the Don't Stop book. This book helps individuals overcome their struggles, setbacks, unmet expectations and failures to achieve their God given potential and dreams.
It will be enhanced with an online course, small group curriculum, podcast, and individual coaching program. |
Internationally

The PhilippinesWe partner with a majority Muslim high school in Davao City, Philippines to provide training on personal finance, spiritual discipline, effective leadership, and theology from a Christian perspective.
Youth360 is an annaul event attended by approximately 100 college students pursuing a career in pastoral ministry. TFM actively fundraises for emergency issues in the Philippines. |
HondurasSimilarly in Honduras, leadership conferences are used to train the next generation of leaders throughout the nation.
We also partner with a Children's home that houses nearly 100 kids full time to make sure they have a safe place, food, and education. TFM actively fundraises for emergency issues in Honduras. |
